- Roast the sesame seeds properly. Let it cool. Once it is cool, shift it to the mixie jar. Add some garlic cloves. Grind it
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, and roasted jeera powder and salt. Grind it well.
- Add boiled Kabuli chana. Add some water and make a fine paste.
