- soak overnight and boil ( white chickpeas) .
- dry roast sesame seeds and grind sesame sesame seeds and then add olive oil blend it again .
- check boiled white chickpeas and sperate water from the chickpeas for further use if needed .
- In another grinder grind boiled chickpeas add garlic ,add lemon juice ,and grinded sesame seeds with olive oil ,add cumin powder ,salt to taste again olive oil and grind it till smooth texture
- garnish with olive oil and paprika powder. serve with pita bread and many more
