Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked husk wheat ( 4 to 5 hours)
  • 1/2 cup jaggery 2 tablespoon Ghee, half cup grated
  • Coconut, 1 Teaspoon poppy seeds, 1Teaspoon badam
  • 1 Teaspoon chopped kaju, 1 Teaspoon raisins
  • 1 Teaspoon cardamom powder, 2-3 slices of coconut

Instructions

  • Take a cooker and boil the soaked husk wheat by adding 3 cup of water in it. After the wheat are boiled completely and absorb water then add jaggery to it and heat until it gets in thick form. Now add chopped almonds, kaju,cardamom powder, raisins, poppy seeds, grated coconut and desi ghee. Now mix them well . Switch off the flame and serve hot in a serving bowl. Garnish it with sliced coconut and poppy seeds.

Notes/Tips

Before adding jaggery to husk wheat the husk wheat should be completely boiled.
