  • 1 kg chicken, 250 gr curd, 6 green chilli,
  • 4 whole red dry chilli ,cut into pieces
  • 50 gr cashew nuts, 750 gr of onion paste , 1 cm
  • Of cinnamon, 4 laung, 4 choti elaichi, 2 tbsp of.
  • 2 tbsp of garlic ginger paste, 1 tsp of zeera, for
  • making of paste,1 tsp zeera whole 200 gr of oil
  • Salt to taste, 1 tsp kali mirch

Instructions

  • Make onion paste keep aside, red dry chilli cut into pieces keep aside, one tbsp whole zeera keep aside. Make a masala paste except green chilli. Marinate chicken with masala paste, with curd n salt. In a gas put cooker in high flame pour oil , when the oil becomes hot medium the flame flame first put the zeera n red dry chilli for 1 minutes after that put onion paste keep it's a it till light golden brow then put marinate chicken in it mix it for five minutes after that put 2 cups of water then cover the cooker and give 4 whistle.
