- 1. Idli: • Soak Urad Dal for 3-4hrs & grind it • Soak Idli rawa for 10mins. • Add the Urad Dal paste to idli rawa & Mix.Keep it overnight for fermenting • Take fermented batter,add pinch salt. Grease idli mold with oil,Add batter To it & steam for 15mins
- 2. Chutney: • Grind together crushed coconut,peanut powder,futane powder,garlic-ginger-chilly paste. • Add salt as required,adjust water consistency • Make a tadka by heating oil,add Mustard seed,jeera,hing, kadipatta,Sesam seeds. Add tadka to the chutney
- 3. Sambhar: • Steam arhar&masoor Dal for 3whistles • Heat pan,add oil,mustard seeds,jeera, chopped onion,garlic ginger paste &Fry a little.Add chopped tomatoes,Vegetables& cook.Add tamarind water to it. • Add spices,jaggery,water,Dal &boil For 15mins
