- Take ice cream in a bowl and mix it a bit and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
- To make cookie sandwich, you can use any type of cookies. It can be same cookies or different type of cookies. Melt dark chocolate in microwave or with double boiling method. Keep cake crumbs and crushed dryfruits ready.
- Now take a cookie and put ice cream on top and cover it with another cookie. Now roll it in dry fruit powder mixture and quickly put it in the freezer. You have to be really quick as it becomes difficult to work with soft ice cream.
- Prepare all the cookie sandwiches. Few cookies can be covered with cake crumbs while others can be covered with melted dark chocolate. You can even cover it with chocolate vermicelli or colourful sprinkles. You can use any kind of toppings according to your liking.
- Prepare all the cookie sandwiches. Keep each cookie sandwich in the freezer as soon as it gets ready otherwise it will melt and it will not look nice. Keep it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
- Ice cream sandwich can be served as a dessert.
