Ingredients

  • 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Take the softened ice cream in a bowl and stir till it is smooth
  • Add the self raising flour to the ice cream mixture and fold it gently witha spatula.
  • Add in the rainbow sprinkles.
  • Line a 9"*3" bread loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the batter into it.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  • Once done, remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
