- Take the softened ice cream in a bowl and stir till it is smooth
- Add the self raising flour to the ice cream mixture and fold it gently witha spatula.
- Add in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Line a 9"*3" bread loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the batter into it.
- Line a 9"*3" bread loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the batter into it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Once done, remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
