- For cake
- In a bowl sieve all purpose flour,sugar,eno. Mix them well.
- Now add milk,oil together and mix them well and add it gradually to the dry ingredients and mix it well. Cake batter is ready.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 mins. OR Preheat kadai at medium flame for 10 mins.
- Pour the batter in a well greased mould and place it in oven for 20 to 25 mins or in kadai for 25 to 30 mins.
- For ice cream
- Take one cup chilled whipping cream and beat it till stiff peaks.
- Add milk in a sauce pan and add 3 tablespoon cocoa powder and bring to boil 2 3 times and let it cool.
- Add the cocoa powder and milk mixture and 1/4 cup sugar to whipping cream and beat till soft peaks.
- In a mould place a clean plastic sheet,place the cake,pour the ice cream mixture and cover it with a neat plastic and refrigrate for 12 - 15 hours.
- Garnish with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips.
