Ingredients

  • 6 left over Idly
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1 teaspoon green chili piece
  • 6/7 curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon red chutney
  • 6 tablespoon sweet tamarind chutney
  • 4 tablespoon shev
  • 3 tablespoon coriander leave
  • As Per Required Chat masala

Instructions

  • Keep the all ingredients are ready. Heat a oil in pan on medium flame. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When mustard seeds cracked add a curry leaves, salt and green chili. Than saute it.
  • Than add the Idly pieces. Toss it and cook til light change a color.
  • Put the 3 tablespoon Idly pieces on serving plate. Than spread above red chutney and sweet chutney. Than shev, coriander leave and chat masala sprinkled above one by one
