  • 2 Cup Steam Rice Left Over
  • 1.5 Cup Water
  • 1.5 Cup Curd
  • 2 Cup. Sooji
  • Salt to taste 1Eno pouch
  • Chutney Sambhar to Serve

Instructions

  • Churn steam rice with water. And make a smooth paste.
  • Now roast sooji on slow mid. Flame30-40min. Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Now nix Rice paste salt and curd. Add water to adjust consistancy. Mix properly.Add eno pouch Beat with hand one side.
  • Grease idli mould with oil. Fill idli mould with batter.Keep in a steamer Cover and steam 12-15min. Take out idli mould. Leave it 2more n. And demould. Healthy Idli is ready to serve. Serve with chutney snd sambhar.
