  • 2 cups Semolina 1 cup yogurt as per taste Salt 1 t
  • 2 cups Semolina 1 cup yogurt as per taste Salt 1 t

Instructions

  • Take 2 cups semolina add yogurt and some water as required and make a batter that is neither thick nor thin in consistency. Keep aside covered for 20 to 30 minutes. After 20 to 30 minutes, if the semolina batter looks thick, then add a few tablespoons of water to get a medium consistency and add salt. Just before steaming,add a Eno in the batter and mix well.
