Ingredients

  • Idly Rawa/suji. 1/4 cup or 250 grms
  • Sugar 100 grms
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Cashewnut 5
  • Ghee 4 spoons
  • Edible camphor 1 pinch
  • Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • In a pan put ghee and fry suji until golden brown.add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes until ghee floats. Now add 1/2 litre milk keep stirring without lumps for 5 minutes. Now add sugar and boil until it thickens. Now add fried kaju and pinch of edible camphor. Now idly Rawa kheer us ready to serve hot or cold.

Notes/Tips

U can also add chironjee and saffron stings.
