Ingredients

  • 1 ltr-Full fat Milk + 2 cup milk
  • 2Tbsp- Vinegar
  • Condensed Milk- 1tin
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
  • 2 tbsp dry coconut or fresh coconut
  • 1tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tsp -Rose Water
  • Almonds- blanced, peeled n sliced 1 tsp
  • 🇮🇳For Orange Color:
  • Few strands of Saffron(Kesar) dissolved in 1tbsp w
  • Mango PurĂ©e- 4 tbsp
  • For Green Moringa powder 2tbspColor:
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel(Saunff)powder

Instructions

  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
  • Add vinegar to it. Milk will start curdling
  • Strain this curdled mix through a muslin cloth. And separated Whey from paneer.
  • Now Wash thoroughly with fresh water to remove the sourness Drain the water by squeezing the cloth.
  • For this Knot the muslin cloth and hang it.and Leave it for 20-30 mins. After that... remove the paneer.
  • Now Rub paneer with your fingers to break all the lumps.
  • Now, in a pan add 2cup milk in this paneer. Keep the flame on low.Keep stirring.In 10-15 mins.
  • Now add Condensed milk,Ashwagandha Superoot Powder , dry coconut or fresh coconut. Keep cooking n stirring for another 10-12 mins.
  • Add Cardamom powder, and Rose water. Mix well. Switch off the flame.Let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Now, divide this danedaar Rabdi into three equal parts.
  • To one part add Saffron mix and Mango puree. To the second part add Moringa powder, pumkin seed powder and Fennel(Saunff)powder.
  • To the third part add blanched, peeled n sliced almonds. Your yummy Rabdi is ready.You can decorate it with fruits of your choice.Enjoy!!
