- Roast sesame seeds for 5 mins on low flame. After 5 mins seeds start popping and becomes little brown. Off the gas.
- Cool down the roasted sesame and make powder.
- Make powder of almonds and cashewnuts.
- Heat ghee in pan, then add jaggery. Cook it till it melted. Dont overcook it.
- When jaggery melts, put it in the bowl and add other ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients together and make small balls. Enjoy it
