  • Heat pan add water When water is boiling add turmeric pieces ginger pieces pepper corns and lemon juice Mix well.heat 7minutes Finally strain the water pour to jugg Nb:don't add sugar or Jaggery

In this recipe add black cumin seeds in optional that's helping more boosting immunity and good taste. When using lemon always fresh Turmeric is Very healthy in raw good anti-inflammatory agents.
