  • Shevai/Wheat Noodles
  • Veggies
  • Masala

Instructions

  • Take whole wheat noodles (shevai), boil it in water until it cooks well. Drain water from it & keep it aside.
  • In a big Pan/kadhai, take some butter & stir fry chopped veggies (carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage, peas, onion)
  • Add red chilli powder, Maggie magic masala, turmeric powder & salt. Add some pumpkin gravy* for some creamy texture
  • Mix well & add cooked shevai(noodles) & some drained water. Cook well & garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
  • *PumpkinPuree - a. Boil chopped Pumpkin, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Cashew, Green chilli in little water. b. Make fine puree of all ingredients in mixer blender.
