- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onion and sauté till onion turns translucent. . Add tomato and sauté till soft. Add coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, garammasala powder, chilli powder and chaat masala and sauté for 1 minute. Add 2-3 tablespoons, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add carrot and green peas, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add pasta, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle some water, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
