Ingredients

  • 1cup milk powder
  • 3 tbsp powder sugar
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • dry fruits as required
  • 5-6 saffron strands soaked in milk

Instructions

  • take out all the ingredients
  • Put ghee in a pan and keep it on the gas to heat.
  • When the ghee is hot, add mango pulp. Keep the flame on low.
  • Now add milk powder and mix.
  • mix well now
  • Now add sugar powder and mix. Now mix well. Until the pen starts leaving.
  • Now add cardamom powder, saffron fiber milk and mix it. Now turn off the gas after leaving the pen.
  • Now take the mixture on the butter paper. Now roll it by placing paper on it. Now roll with almonds, pistachio slivers.
  • Now cut it with a cutter and give the shape of a penda.
  • Delicious Mango Pende is now ready. Enjoy.

Notes/Tips

Take a nonstick pan / heavy bottomed pan. Do it on low flame only. Otherwise it may stick to the bottom.
