- Wash the mong that thoroughly and strain. Let it dry on a kitchen towel for 5-10 mins.
- Heat up the kadahi and roast dal on low flame for 5-7 mins.
- Let it cool and grind into a semi fine powder.
- In the kadahi Add 2-3 Tbsp Ghee Into It.
- Fry the nuts and keep them aside. Add the rest of ghee into the kadahi.
- Now add the moong dal powder into ghee and cook on slow flame till aromatic and a little golden brown.
- Slowly add milk by stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Now cook for 10-15 mins or till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add sugar and cook for another 5-7 mins.
- Add khoya and mix thoroughly. Add up the nuts and cardamom powder.
- Turn off the flame and mix. Serve Hot.
