Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts and glazed cherries

Instructions

  • Keep the milk on flame and let it boil. When it starts thickening add sugar and cardamom powder. Add crumbled paneer and let the moisture dry up completely. When the mixture stops sticking to the pan, transfer to greased tin..place some chopped nuts and cherries over it (press a little). Let it cool down completely.. Cut into pieces..
  • Don't panic if it doesn't set..Laddoo bana lijiye or kalakand crumble itself is divine..
