Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp pepper corns
  • 3-4 garlic pods
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • leaves as required few curry
  • 2 tbsp tamarind water
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 red chilli
  • as required chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take a blender add tomatoes, pepper, garlic, & cumin seeds..run on pulse mode for few seconds and turn off (it shdn't be paste)
  • Transfer in to a sauce pan add enough water, tamarind water,turmeric & chopped coriander boil it...
  • Boil it for 5-6 minutes.. add thadka/tempering of mustard, red chilli and curry leaves with ghee..& your Instant rasam is ready to relish with piping hot rice..Enjoy..
