- Take a blender add tomatoes, pepper, garlic, & cumin seeds..run on pulse mode for few seconds and turn off (it shdn't be paste)
- Transfer in to a sauce pan add enough water, tamarind water,turmeric & chopped coriander boil it...
- Boil it for 5-6 minutes.. add thadka/tempering of mustard, red chilli and curry leaves with ghee..& your Instant rasam is ready to relish with piping hot rice..Enjoy..
