  • Wash and peel...the potatoes With chips cutter cut raw potatoes into thin rounds. Heat oil in a kadai. Slow the flame put chips in kadai and deep fry on high flame till potato chips are golden & crisp. Keep aside. Let it cool down. Now sprinkle salt over it and mix well.
