Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp corn flour ,2 tbsp rice flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar or as taste
  • 1/4 cup Amul fresh cream
  • 7-8 bread slices (remove the edges)
  • as required Elaichi essence or kewra water
  • as required some Fine Chopped coconut and almonds

Instructions

  • Take a pan add milk,add rice flour and corn flour.mix well.then turn on the flame and put the pan on gas.cook it untill a boil comes.keep stirring. Then add milk powder and sugar mix well.stir continuously.cook for 5-6 minutes or untill it turns into thick consistency.add essence mix it.turn off the flame.
  • Now take a serving dish.assemble the bread pieces evenly then pour the prepare kheer batter.pour the cream on it evenly then sprinkle chopped almonds and coconut.
  • Now again assemble the bread pieces to make second layer.pour the mixture on bread slices and sprinkle remaining almonds and coconut.(In second time cream will be not use)put the dish in refrigerator for half an hour. serve and enjoy the yummy pudding.
