- In a saucepan, add 4 cups water, cardamom pods, cinnamon, tea powder, and sugar. Let it come to a boil. Now, cover the saucepan with aluminum foil and then with a tight lid. Let it simmer for about 20-25 mins. Once done, strain the tea and discard the solid parts. Meanwhile, add milk in another saucepan. Let it come to a boil and then add heavy cream and condensed milk. Mix everything well and cook it for 18-20 mins. Stir occasionally. Pour the tea into four different cups and then top it up with the milk mixture prepared. And serve hot.
