- 1. Sift all the dry ingredients together. Add the caraway seeds and mix well.
- 2. Now, rub the butter into the flour mixture to give it a sandy texture.
- 3. Mix the buttermilk and flour together in a mixing bowl and make dough. One just needs to bring the mixture together and not actually knead the dough.
- 4. Place the dough on a baking sheet and score it.
- 5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 50 mins or until done.
- 6. Remove and cool well before slicing.
