- 1. Add ghee to the pan 2. When melted add almonds, cashews, sesame seeds and peanut roast it. 3. Add oats to the nuts mixture and sauté 4. Now add jaggery to this mixture after mixing the oats thoroughly . 5. Let the jaggery melt add mix well. If any lumps press with the spatula. 6. Now place the mixture in the plate and spread well 7. Make laddus or bars after 15mins. 8. Healthy energy bar is ready to taste.
