Ingredients

  • 4 ripen banana
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery
  • 5 almonds
  • 3-4 drops vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Freeze the banana and curd for at least one hour.
  • After one chopped the banana and put it in the blender
  • Then add curd, jaggery and almond. blend it. Add jaggery according to your taste, little less or more.
  • Add vanilla essence and again give it a mix.
  • Serve chilled with chopped banana and grated almonds.
