- Roast 1 cup of Daliya on ghee. Add warm water and cook it in a cooker for 2 whistle.
- In a pan, mix coconut and jaggery and cook it for 10 min until jaggery melts completely.
- Add cooked Daliya in the mixture of coconut and jaggery and cook it together for 10 min.
- Wait till the mixture becomes warm. Once it is warm, add 2 cups of milk with thick cream in it. Mix it well.
- Add dryfruits of your choice and cardamom powder. Then it is ready to serve.
