Ingredients

  • Jaggery ( slightly less than a cup)
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Semolina 1/4 cup
  • Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Heat 3/4 cup water Add powdered jaggery Heat until it melts
  • Filter to remove impurities Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, semolina & little salt Mix everything well
  • Now make dough by using filtered jaggery syrup Rest dough for 15 minutes Make desired shapes
  • Deep fry in oil Delicious & attractive GUD/ JAGGERY SHANKARPALI ready
