These brownies are fudgy, moist and the coco lends the chocolaty flavour .They are decadent and the best part a one bowl recipe. Jaggery being the only sweetner the brownies are healthy and there is no all purpose flour or wheat flour just the goodness of oats and cococnut. This recipe is great for weight watchers and its so good you will make it again.

Jaggery and Sweet potato Brownies

  • Jaggery, Sweet Potatoes, Oats, vanilla, coconut,
  • coconut powder, baking powder, salt

Instructions

  • Jaggery Sweet Potato Brownies Sweet potato 215 gm Jaggery Powder sifted   140 gm Coconut oil  130 gm Vanilla 2 teaspoon Coco Powder 30gm Salt pinch Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Oat Flour 70 gm Dessicated Coconut 30 gm Chocolate Chips dark 95 gm Boil and remove skin of the sweet potatoes mash them well add the coconut oil, Jaggery powder , vanilla,  coco powder and salt. Mix them really well now add the baking powder , oats flour , dessicated coconut mix it well again and add the chocolate chips. If you don't want to add the chocolate chips don't. Bake at 175 °C for 20 minutes untill the brownies are dry to touch on top and a skewer comes out clean. Enjoy !

Notes/Tips

Sift the Jaggery Powder . Mash the sweet potatoes well.
