- Jaggery Sweet Potato Brownies Sweet potato 215 gm Jaggery Powder sifted 140 gm Coconut oil 130 gm Vanilla 2 teaspoon Coco Powder 30gm Salt pinch Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Oat Flour 70 gm Dessicated Coconut 30 gm Chocolate Chips dark 95 gm Boil and remove skin of the sweet potatoes mash them well add the coconut oil, Jaggery powder , vanilla, coco powder and salt. Mix them really well now add the baking powder , oats flour , dessicated coconut mix it well again and add the chocolate chips. If you don't want to add the chocolate chips don't. Bake at 175 °C for 20 minutes untill the brownies are dry to touch on top and a skewer comes out clean. Enjoy !
