- Roast semolina on a pan for about a minute.
- Now put semolina aside n add some ghee in that pan
- Add all dryfruits in it n fry them for a minute.
- Now cool that n put it in a grinder n grind it.
- Now put jaggery in a pan n melt it.
- After melting jaggery. Add all the dryfruits and semolina and stir it for a minute.
- Spread the mixture on a plate , cool it then cut it into pieces.
- Jaggery barfi are ready to be served.
