- take a bowl add the digestive biscuits , make the crumbs and add the melted butter combine well
- in a bowl add the chilled cream , whip it with hand mixer for 5 mins in the medium speed
- transfer the prepared whipped cream into the piping bag
- melt the jaggery chocolate using the double boiling method
- take the shot glass add the biscuits mixture for the first layer , pipe the whipped cream in the second layer, add the melted jaggery chocolate in the 3 layer refrigerate for 15 mins
- finally sprinkle the rock salt and chocolate sticks
