Jaggery lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup jaggery
  • 2 and 1/2 cups water
  • 2 small lemon
  • few icecubes

Instructions

  • To a pan add jaggery add water to it. Melt jaggery completely.Let it boil for 5 mins in low flame.Switch off.
  • Strain the syrup.Add it to a jug.Add chilled water to it. Add lemon juice to it.
  • Add icecubes to it.Pulse it few times, I used my electric blender to do this.
  • You can use mixie too.Pour into serving glass and serve.

Notes/Tips

Ice cubes are optional but tastes good when chilled
