  • Peanut-250gms. Jaggery-250gms.
  • Maida-100gm Chiroti rava-25gms. Ghee-1tsp Curd-1tb

Instructions

  • Method- Fry peanut without oil. After cooling take out the husk. Take powdered jaggery and fried peanut in a jar make a powder. Add water little by little to get the consistency of making ladoo. Dough preparation: Prepare the dough by adding 1tsp of ghee, 1tbsp curd, a pinch of salt, and the required amount of water. The dough should be like chapati atta type. soak for 1hr before making obbattu. Stuffing: Take a small ball of dough stuff the peanut ladoo and apply little maida while making.put it on tawa bake without oil(as the laddo releases oil) on medium flame. take out from tawa and keep on a flat surface until it cools down. Store in a box which can be used for 15 days eat with homemade ghee.
