Ingredients

  • Jaggery
  • Wheat flour-1 cup
  • Baking powder-1 tsp
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Oil-1tsp(your choice of oil)
  • Salt
  • Banana-1nos(optional)

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup of wheat flour
  • Add jaggery ( As per your sweetness preferences) 1 tsp Baking powder 1cup milk Pinch of Salt Add 1tsp of oil
  • Optional Step- Squeeze the banana in to it
  • Mix it as a medium-thick consistency Mix it until the mixture get smooth(without lumps)
  • Heat a pan and Pour the batter using 1/2 cup for each pan cake Fry it until both side turn brown
  • Serve it hot with 1tsp of honey on top
