- Wash and soak urad dal for 6-8 hours.
- Mean while heat a pan add sugar, water let it dissolve then add saffron shreds, cardomam powder, lemon juice and prepare the sugar syrup. Before it turns to 1 layer switch off the gas. Let it come to room temperature.
- Add curd in batch wise and blend it to fine paste with lil bit of water.
- Whisk the batter, add corn flour and baking soda, whisk it until it's soft.
- Transfer it to piping bag. - Heat a pan add desi ghee and fry jalebi. Then soak it for 1 min in sugar syrup and transfer it to serving plate.
