- For Syrup: Take a pan add water, sugar and cardemom in it and boil it until caramalised. Add saffron in it and boil it and keep it aside
- For batter: In a bowl put maida, baking powder and mix it. Put curd and food color in the batter and mix it.
- Take a cone and put batter in it. add ghee in kadhai and make jalebi shape with the batter.
- Fry them until golden brown and take it out of the kadhai. Put them in sugar syrup prepared for sweetness
- Garnish it with saffron and serve hot
