- Jalebi Batter - In a bowl add maida, rice atta, besan, curd and kesar together. Add water to the better for a smooth consistency. Keep the batter aside for 6 hours.
- Sugar Syrup - In a pan, add water and sugar. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Rabdi - In a pan heat oil on high flame. Keep reducing the milk until it solidifies
- In a kadai, add oil and let it heat. Pour the jalebi batter in a ketchup bottle. Make coil shaped jalebis. Once jalebis turn golden colour, dip them in sugar syrup for 1 minute.
- Decoration - In a plate, add rabdi and top if with jalebis. Garnish it with pistachios
