- Take jamuns in a bowl and wash them properly.
- Now in a pan put jamuns and water. Heat. Let it boil for 15 min on medium flame.
- Now add sugar and boil for 5 min. Add black salt. And switch off gas.
- When it is on room temperature take out the seeds of jamuns.
- Strain it. Refrigerate it.
- Before serving put ice in glass and pour jamun sharbat.
