  • 1 Bowl Jamun
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • as needed Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Take jamuns in a bowl and wash them properly.
  • Now in a pan put jamuns and water. Heat. Let it boil for 15 min on medium flame.
  • Now add sugar and boil for 5 min. Add black salt. And switch off gas.
  • When it is on room temperature take out the seeds of jamuns.
  • Strain it. Refrigerate it.
  • Before serving put ice in glass and pour jamun sharbat.
