Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Condensed milk
  • Sugar
  • Dry yeast
  • Warm milk
  • Butter
  • warm Water
  • Dry fruits, cheery
  • Salt

Instructions

  • First of all,In a Larger bowl,I added flour,salt,sugar,dry Yeast,butter,baking powder and mixed well,then added warm milk slowly and made a soft dough,if required some amount of water added.then Cover it and leave it for rising for 2 hrs.
  • After 2 hrs,the dough will Rise then kneed it again with butter Greased hand.niw the dough is ready
  • Now I made the filling ready by mixing well 3 table spoon condensed milk with 2 table spoon butter, made a smooth mixture.chopped all the dry fruits except cherries.
  • Roll the dough in rectangular shape and spread the filling all over on it
  • Then cut it Vertically in 4 equal parts.
  • Now put them Together with filling side up.
  • Now cut them in 8 equal parts and put them ina grease baking tray with side portion up. Keep it covered for 30 minutes.Then arrange dry fruits, cherries on it and bake at 170 degree .I bajed it for 10 mins in airfryer
  • After 10 minutes ,Take the bread out and glaze it with the butter and condensed milk mixture.
  • Japanese Condensed milk bread is ready,served it in breakfast table with hot tea/ coffee, butter,jam .

Diring the baking,carefull about over baking
