- Wash & soak sago for 5 hours or overnight
- Heat ghee in a pan then roast cashew nuts, & raisins, keep it aside.
- Heat water & jaggery in a pan let it boil for 5 min then drain to remove impurities
- Add water in a pan, let it boil then add sago cook till sago turns to transparent color.
- Add milk let it boil for 3 min.
- Add cardamom powder,pista powder, mix well then cut off heat & leave it for 5 min
- Add jaggery syrup mix well.
- Add ghee roasted cashew nut,& raisins.
- Add Agar Agar in luke warm water. Mix well.
- Set it into mould or Seving glass . Put it in the fridge till 4 to 5 hours.
- Garnish with pista . Top it with any fruit Compote or any flavor you want.
- Serve chilled.
