Ingredients

  • 6-7 potatoes peel & cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp oil.
  • 1 tsp rai
  • 1 tsp Mirchi
  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder.
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp jeera

Instructions

  • In big kadai add oil, rai and jeera
  • Add alu, haldi, mirchi powder, salt.
  • Simmer it for few minutes and check after some interval until potatoes are done
  • Add chopped coriander at the end
  • Ready to serve hot

Have it with regular roti
