  • Potato
  • Turmeric powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader
  • Cumin
  • Green chillies
  • Onion
  • Amchur powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat ghee and add jeera. Once it pops add chopped ginger and chopped green chilly,onion. Saute for a minute and add boiled & diced potatoes. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, chilly powder and dry mango powder. Toss & cook for 2minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander, toss & remove. Serve hot.
