  • Cumin powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Corinader
  • Potato
  • Corn flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Bread crumbs
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add corn flour,mashed potato,cumin powder,cumin seeds, corinader powder,salt, corinader and mix well. Make a soft dough. Make the dough into tikki's. Take a bowl and add cornflour and water mix well. Keep aside. In another bowl take breadcrumbs. Dip the tikki in corn flour Slurry and then roll in breadcrumbs. Then fry in hot oil and serve jeera tikki hot.
