  • Puffed rice
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Balck pepper
  • Coconut
  • Chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Chat masala
  • Peanut
  • Sev
  • Green chillies
  • Bengal gram
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Coriander
  • Sweet chutney
  • Lemon
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add fried Bengal gram, sev,peanuts, chat masala, garam masala, chilly powder, salt and black salt. Then add chopped onion, tomato, coconut pieces, cucumber, a pinch of ginger, green chilli and coriander. Mix all these ingredients properly. Add mustard oil After mixing well, add puffed rice, sweet chutney, lime juice. Mix perfectly. Garnish with sev, peanuts and chopped coriander. Serve this Jhal muri immediately.
