Ingredients

  • Cauliflower 1 small size
  • Carrot 2 nos.
  • Raddish 1 no.
  • Mint leaves 1 small size
  • Lemon juice 2 small spoons
  • Ginger chopped 1 spoon
  • Mustard oil 2spoons
  • Fried mustard powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric 2 grms
  • Hing 2 grms
  • Curry leaves 1 string
  • Mustard 2 grms
  • Salt 1 small spoon
  • Sliced green chillies 1.no
  • Capsicum 1 nos.

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower into florets. Cut carrot , capsicum, green chillies,raddish into half inch . Chopp mint leaves. Now take a mixing bowl put all above vegetables add lemonjuice, mustard pwd, salt lastly add Tadaka ND mix properly. Now the crunchy picklready

Notes/Tips

Serve after 4 hrs. Cauliflower is a great source of nutrients. It protects from several diseases.
