- Wash and rinse poha and keep it aside.
- In a bowl mix poha, boil potatoes, and grated carrot along with all the above-mentioned ingredients.
- After preparing a dough, Grease your hands with oil and give them shapes according to your convenience. I gave them cylindrical shapes.
- After giving them shapes, coat them into bread crumbs and shallow fry them one by one.
- Serve it with any chutney or tangy sauce. Our jhatphat cutlets are ready to eat.
