Ingredients

  • 4 Boil potatoes
  • 1 cup poha
  • 1 chopped onion, 2-3 green chillies
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 TSP turmeric powder
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 TSP red chilli powder
  • 1/2 TSP aamchur powder
  • 1 pinch soda ,2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 medium size grated carrot

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse poha and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl mix poha, boil potatoes, and grated carrot along with all the above-mentioned ingredients.
  • After preparing a dough, Grease your hands with oil and give them shapes according to your convenience. I gave them cylindrical shapes.
  • After giving them shapes, coat them into bread crumbs and shallow fry them one by one.
  • Serve it with any chutney or tangy sauce. Our jhatphat cutlets are ready to eat.
