- take a ladle full of dosa batter and put it in the center of a hot tawa and make a round disc. Then you take 1 tsp of butter and spread it on top of the dosa. Once spread add the cabbage, onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and mix it well. Then add the kashmiri red chilli powder and the tomato sauce and mix again. Now add the schezwan sauce and mix it and cook for just 30 seconds Then add the grated cheese and green onions leaves and using a potato masher press it down And then using a spoon spread it all over the dosa and sprinkle some more cheese And now using a sharp knife start cutting the dosa in vertical lines and then start rolling them And of course put them in a plate and garnish with some more cheese. And do serve this dosa with some chutney or schezwan sauce.
