- Firstly roast the jinjara by add salt in it, cook for 30 minutes till the color of salt get change.
- Even roasted/ grill the onions, tomatoes and green chilli
- Now Chopped the ginger, garlic and green chilli in the chopper same way chop the onion and tomatoes.
- Roughly crush the jinjara in mixer.
- Now heat the oil in pan add cumin seeds, Then add ginger Chilli garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes
- Now add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato and all the seasoning in it. Cook till oil is released
- Then add crushed jinjara in it. Add water and cook it completely.
- At last add lemon juice and chole masala in it.
- Serve it hot with bhakhari, Paratha, roti or debhara. Garnish with coriander and onion
