  • Bajra flour
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add bajra flour,salt and mix. Then add water and knead it well. Then make a soft dough. Keep this aside for 10 minutes. Then take a wet cloth and place it on a back of the plate and take a portion of dough and make a round thin disc. Then place this on hot tawa and roast it on both the sides. Serve hot with curry or pickle.
